Trisha brings with her over ten years teaching experience. Her class sources from extensive studies in the methods of: Iyengar, Ashtanga, Viniyoga, Anusara, and Shamanic Yoga. She offers dynamic flow classes combining alignment instruction and breath connection. Trisha aims for you to leave class felling refreshed, relaxed, and inspired.
