In order to attend Selkirk College you must meet the admission requirements for the college and for the program you wish to enrol in.
Further, most first-time applicants are required to take the College Readiness Tool (CRT). Please refer to your acceptance letter to determine if you need to take the CRT.

All programs offered at Selkirk College have established admission requirements that must be satisfied by students seeking admission. Program requirements are listed on each program’s web page or can be viewed on our Program Admission Requirement Chart. Some courses are listed as 'or equivalent' for a complete list of course equivalents view our Equivalency Chart.
General College Admission Requirements
General admsission requirements to Selkirk College, as listed below, must be met prior to commencement of your chosen program.
Have graduated from a BC Senior Secondary School or equivalent, or
Be 19 years of age or older, or
Be under 19 years of age but have a written recommendation from your Secondary School Principal, or
Be considered by the Admissions & Standards Committee or Registrar to be capable of succeeding in college courses in view of your particular circumstances
